For organizations registered in all other countries except the ones mentioned above,  the procedure to verify the legal registration status of the respective organization is as follows:

  1. Download the Request for Organization Registration Verification form below.
  2. Fill out the Organization Registration Verification form and,
  3. Attach the required Acceptable Documents for Verification of Organizations to the Organization Registration Verification form.
  4. Email this completed application to [email protected]
  5. We will verify the organization within 2 business days of receiving the completed application.
